Phil Jackson is a head teacher at small rural First School in Worcestershire. Prior to teaching Phil had a short but revealing career in retail management. During his teaching career Phil has always been keen to broaden the curriculum, seeking new ways of engaging young people and putting them in charge of their learning. Phil is passionate about combining the creativity of drama with the power of emerging technologies.
