Kate works regularly with the Phileas Fogg Theatre Company, bringing Theatre-in-Education to the Netherlands, and with C&T has been working with Eaton Valley Primary in West Bromwich, and Oldbury Park Primary just down the road in Worcester. She continues to work as an actor under her full name Katharine Kavanagh, and is also developing the interactive literacy engagement project ‘The Story Exchange’ with Needle&Thread Theatre based in Birmingham.

Her particular theatrical fascinations lie in site-specific methodologies, somatic approaches to text, and the power of story.
