How do I get C&T?

If what you’ve read here has got you interested in the potential for C&T in your school, the process is simple:

Call us on 01905 855436 or email info@candt.org . We’ll answer your immediate questions and maybe set up a visit. We’ll help you approach your potential partners.

Meet. We need to learn about your school and your partner school’s needs. We’ll present to you all and answer your questions.

Consider. Assuming that we believe we can make a valid contribution, we’ll create for you an outline of a bespoke programme of work. This outline will flesh out if we begin work, but acts as a starting point.

Begin. If you all decide that C&T is right for your schools, we will meet you up with C&T’s creative leadership, establish a contract, set a start date and generally get the ball rolling.

Cost

The cost is likely to be prohibitive for a single school. We would recommend that a minimum of two primary schools go into partnership and enjoy the economies of scale.

Two primary schools could access the foundation model of practice for £8,500 each. This is still a considerable sum, and we would want to talk with you about sensible ways of reducing that cost to you. Options include:

A community project externally funded, but working towards your existing objectives. This could be worth up to £5,000.

Selling on the CPD potential to neighbouring primary schools in twilight and INSET sessions.

Making small charges for community consumption of C&T activity.
