What we do

C&T is an award-winning deliverer of creative training in business – recently winning with the MAP Consortium the Radisson SAS Hotel Birmingham Arts & Business Award for People Development at the Jaguar Landrover Awards in Birmingham in November 2008.

We use our drama and learning processes to address a business’ particular needs. It could be developing better presentation skills, problem solving or simply team building. The strategies we use are shaped into a bespoke programme, and because of the way we work, every participant is included and valued.

C&T also has a close working partnership with Arts & Business, the world’s largest and most successful organisation connecting the worlds of culture and business. Through A&B we’ve become one of the country’s few accredited trainers in this field.
